We are excited to announce our entry into the Italian market with our development team located in Bologna, where we have already signed two strategic partnership agreements and started greenfield activities, resulting in a pipeline of over 150 MWp of photovoltaic projects currently under assessment across central and northern Italy. As we continue to build our presence in the country, we are actively seeking co-development partners, land scouts, and technical services providers to join us in our mission to bring sustainable energy solutions to Italy. Our commitment to integrating green energy into local communities remains at the forefront of our efforts, ensuring that every project contributes to both environmental and social benefits.

Our focus on local photovoltaic projects that contribute to the community and the environment has allowed us to develop a 174,81 MW pipeline in 25 projects distributed throughout the country, obtaining the first access and connection permits to the grid. All projects go through a detailed environmental, urban, social and economic pre-feasibility analysis to design the best projects in the areas that are implemented, providing not only green energy to the grid, but positive energy to the community.

With 147 MWp capacity and 150 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and projects covering 226 hectares, we are implementing sustainable photovoltaic solutions at multiple sites in Austria. We work closely with local communities to tailor the projects to regional needs. We focus on the diversity of photovoltaic technologies, including Agri-PV concepts and biodiversity enhancement initiatives, aiming to maximize both agricultural and ecological value in the project regions.

We have onboarded 867.69 MW consisting of 34 projects to develop our pipeline in Germany. We are meeting the Municipalities to understand their local requests and coordinate the efforts for a successful development. Additional projects are in our screening to join the pipeline in next months.

We design and implement innovative, sustainable, and locally adapted photovoltaic and agrivoltaics solar projects. As a committed player in the energy transition in France, our ambition is to harness the potential of solar power to produce clean, local energy that benefits everyone.

Our experienced team have already secured and starts the development of 23 projects. With 500ha analysed representing around 220MW, we actively contribute to the energetic sovereignty of France. Developing solar projects requires a thorough understanding of local issues. Nexun prioritizes a transparent consultation process with local authorities, landowners, farmers, and residents. Convinced of the complementarity between agricultural production and energy production, Nexun develops agrivoltaics projects designed in close collaboration with farmers. Each project is designed as a tool to enhance agricultural and energy performance.

This is the first of many steps to create an impact in France.

Our ambitious co-development projects involve a remarkable 277 MW pipeline, consisting of 11 meticulously planned solar projects in key locations across central and southern Poland. These projects include secured lands, and several have already received environmental approvals, zoning decisions, and building permits. Additionally, we are developing approximately 430 MW of standalone Battery energy storage projects, which are at various stages of development. Through these efforts, Nexun is making a significant impact on the growth of Poland’s renewable energy market.
