In the case of registration, data processing is used to send newsletters, information material and advertising.
We don´t collect this data from you directly, but automatically when you visit this website.
2. Which of your data we process
In the course of your visit to this website we will collect the following information: date and time of your visit to a page on our website, your IP address, name and version of your web browser, the website (URL) you visited before visiting our website, certain cookies (see point 3.1) and the information provided by yourself through the website (e.g. contact form).

3. Data processing when visiting our website
3.1. Cookies

3.2. Server-Log-Files
The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in the server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

- Referrer‘s URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
This data will be deleted automatically after 3 months.
3.3. Registration client account
Should there be a possibility to register online on our website for any purposes, in order to proceed with the registration, we would need your first name, surname, e-mail address and the company for which you are working.
The data collected during registration will be stored by us as long as your account exists. Legal storage obligations remain unaffected.
3.4. Data processing when registering on our homepage or for a newsletter
If you provide us with your e-mail address during the registration process on our website, we reserve the right to send you current information in our newsletter on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GPDR direct advertising in the form of information and mailings for our products. You can also object to the further transmission of our newsletter by providing the contact details listed under point 9.
4. Analysing tools
4.1. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address and the URLs of the website you visit) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We do not store any of your data collected in connection with Google Analytics.

5. Legal basis of the processing
We process your personal data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest according to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, to achieve the purposes set out in point 1.
We would like to point out that data processing can also be carried out in fulfilment of legal obligations; in this context we may also be obliged to transmit your personal data to the relevant competent authority.
6. Transfer of your personal data
6.1. General view
For the purposes mentioned above, we will transfer your personal data to the following recipients:
- IT service providers that we use;
- Payment Service Providers;
- Transmission to third parties: Further transmission of the data will not take place or will only take place under the condition that you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties, for example for advertising purposes.
6.2. Transfer of your personal data to companies that are part of our corporate group
We may share your personal information with companies in the Nexun group, to the extent this is required for us to provide our services. To the extent our affiliates and/or technical partners have access to your data, they will follow rules that are at least as restrictive as the rules described in this Privacy Policy.
7. Retention period
We will generally store your data (e.g. IP address) as part of the website analysis for a period of three months. We will only retain your data for a longer period for the purposes of investigating attacks on our website or in case any legal claims have not yet become statute-barred and the personal data is required for the assertion or defence.
If you register for an account on the website, we will in any case store your data for as long as your account exists and then store it for as long as legal obligations require.
8. Your rights regarding your personal data
Under applicable laws, you shall have the following rights:
- to obtain confirmation whether and what kind of personal data of yours we store and to request copies of such data as well as origin, recipient and purpose of the data processing (right to such information is free of charge);

- to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. An informal e-mail to the e-mail address listed under point 9 is sufficient for the revocation – the right of revocation;
- in the event of a violation of applicable data protection provisions, to submit a complaint to a competent supervisory authority – the right to complaint. The competent authority will depend on the responsible entity.
