Exciting news! Our Partner & CEO, Josef Kastner, was recently interviewed by Women in Solar Europe (WiSEu), where he shared his thoughts on diversity, fairness, and leadership in the solar industry.
He discussed how bias, both conscious and unconscious, still affects hiring and promotions – and why real leadership should always be about talent, not gender. Josef also highlighted the role male leaders need to play in driving change and creating more opportunities for women in the industry.
